Each of our item listings has multiple pictures from different angles to show marks and blemishes. We encourage our customers to have a close look at all the pictures before ordering.
While we endeavor to provide as much information as possible for each listing, the dimensions of the items are approximate only. Also you should note that the colors may appear slightly different on the screen as compared to the product in real life.
PLEASE NOTE: We use recycled packaging materials where possible to be kind to the planet and reduce cost to us and you. If you want fresh packaging for your ordered item please message us as soon as the order is confirmed and we will provide you one at no extra cost to you.
Our shop consists of used vintage items unless stated otherwise. Most items will show signs of use or wear.
Shipping
· Shipped within 48 hrs of receiving payment – except for payments received during last hours of Friday, weekends or public holidays, in which case the shipping will occur on the next working day.
Return policy
· Must be returned back to us within 30 days of receiving the items at your address.
· The delivery charges, if any, will not be refundable.
· If the item was sold with Free Postage then the actual amount paid by us in sending it to you will be deducted from the refund.
· You will return is back to our location in Twin City at your own cost.
· Item should be in its original condition and packing.
· If you have discarded the original packaging, we may still accept the return and in that case re-packing cost to us will be deducted from any amount refundable to you.
Faulty Product returns
You must notify us the details of the fault within 3 days of receiving the item at your address.
